Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Sorsa piece. If, for any reason, it isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be:

Unworn and in original condition

Free from signs of wear, damage, perfume or lotions

Returned in original packaging
We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if packaging is missing or the item shows signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Bespoke and custom orders

Custom lengths
-
Personalised or modified pieces
How to Initiate a Return
Please email info@sorsajewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request return approval.
Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service such as Royal Mail and retaining proof of postage, as Sorsa Jewellery cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
For international returns, items must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange, we are happy to offer this where possible.
Exchanges are processed as a return and new order. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
We also offer store credit should you prefer to choose something else at a later date.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items
If your piece arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will resolve the matter promptly.
