We recommend having the knotted pieces you wear most restrung every couple of years. It keeps the knots tight, the stones secure and the colours bright, and it's the perfect moment to try a new silk colour if you fancy a change.
What's Included
One simple price covers everything your piece needs:
— Restringing on fresh silk, in the same colour or a new one
— A clean and polish of every stone and the gold, as standard
— Repairs, in the odd event that a necklace or bracelet breaks
— Resizing, to lengthen or shorten your piece
How It Works
Once you've ordered, we'll email you our address and talk through exactly what your piece needs. Post it to us with a tracked and insured service, and we'll take it from there, sending it home to you looking as good as new.
If your piece needs new materials, such as extra stones to lengthen it or a new clasp, we'll always confirm the cost with you before we begin.
Accidents happen: little hands grab, a strand catches on a jumper. Whatever the reason, we're always happy to help, so your Sorsa piece can be worn and loved for years to come.
