sorsajewellery.com is operated by Sorsa Jewellery Ltd, a fine jewellery company based in London, England. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our products

Every Sorsa piece is handmade in small batches using natural gemstones, solid gold and silk thread. Natural gemstones vary: colour, pattern and tone will differ slightly from piece to piece and from photographs. This variation is part of what makes each piece one of a kind, not a fault. All solid gold pieces are hallmarked in the UK.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout. An order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in the unlikely event of a pricing error or stock issue. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2 business days; bespoke and made-to-order designs typically take 2-6 weeks depending on complexity. Shipping costs and estimated times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, non-bespoke pieces in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Bespoke, customised and made-to-order jewellery is final sale. To start a return, email info@sorsajewellery.com. Refunds are made to the original payment method once the piece has been received and inspected. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Repairs and care

Silk is a natural fibre and wear can occur over time, especially with everyday use. If your jewellery needs repair, contact us at info@sorsajewellery.com and we will guide you through our repair process. Care guidance is included with every order and on our FAQ page.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography and content on this site belong to Sorsa Jewellery Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
